How should sigsum be captialized?
	* Always capital S if you are referring to the project
	* Otherwise sigsum is a word and captialized as such

Examples
	* Please report issues to the Sigsum team.
	* A sigsum log does not store any opaque data or rich metadata.
	* Sigsum logs are cosigned by independent witnesses.
